Thomas Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change, as they present “The Three As of AI,” their new adoption framework to help businesses avoid common pitfalls and make the most of AI.

Matthew Groh is an assistant professor of management and organizations at Kellogg. His research examines human–AI collaboration in deepfake detection, medical diagnosis, and empathic communication.
Julio M. Ottino is the Distinguished McCormick Institute Professor and Walter P. Murphy Professor of Chemical and Biological Engineering and a professor (by courtesy) of mechanical engineering at Northwestern University. He is the former dean of the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern.
Brian Uzzi is the Richard L. Thomas Professor of Leadership at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He is also a co-director of the Northwestern University Institute on Complex Systems (NICO) and The Ryan Institute on Complexity (RIC), as well as a professor of sociology and industrial engineering and management sciences at Northwestern.
