人工智能是否正在逆转就业市场的进程?
Researchers at the Kellogg School used large language models to analyze nearly 200 years of data on technological innovations and jobs and found that, from the mid-19th century onward, relative demand for blue-collar professions fell as technology replaced manual tasks. Around the mid-20th century, however, technology steadily started to replace more cognitive tasks, decreasing demand for white-collar jobs. The researchers then used a mathematical model to predict that, in the next 5 to 10 years, AI would decrease the relative demand for white-collar jobs, which tend to be higher paying, require more education, and include a higher share of women.
