For decades, Andee Harris has lead organizations through the good, the bad and the really bad—like the 2008 financial crisis. But nothing holds a candle to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Harris, an Adjunct Lecturer of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Kellogg, in January 2021 took over the role of CEO at Challenger, a tech company that helps support companies’ sales operations. And very quickly, she had to make some tough decisions around bringing people back to the office—people who, in some cases, had moved across the country.
In this episode of The Insightful Leader: How one CEO is thinking through the pandemic-era pain points faced by organizations everywhere.
