Barry-Wehmiller, a privately held manufacturer, is dedicated to building a flexible, well-trained workforce. It boasts an employee-centric corporate culture designed to empower and inspire its 8000-plus employees. The resulting productivity improvements and lower turnover rates are good for business—but the focus of the company is as much on its team members as it is on the bottom line.
