Ads are about to know you a whole lot better. Artificial intelligence promises to transform the field of marketing, enabling advertisements designed for an individual’s personalities, behaviors, and tastes. In this complimentary webinar, Kellogg marketing professors Jacob Teeny and Brett Gordon will discuss customer profiling and content creation with AI, the latest research on personalized persuasion, industry trends in AI for marketing, and ethical and privacy-related concerns. Learn what businesses and consumers need to know at the dawn of this new era.

Jacob (Jake) Teeny is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management and one of the leading researchers on personalized persuasion, the science of tailoring messages to who people are and how they think.

Brett Gordon is the Charles H. Kellstadt Professor of Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management. His research applies methods from causal inference, machine learning, and empirical industrial organization to pricing, advertising, promotions, retailing, and experimentation. He partners with companies to measure and enhance marketing effectiveness.
